The vision for Bocage Champagne Bar was born out of a deep appreciation for fine wines and a desire to create a boutique experience in Saratoga Springs. Merging Zac's Southern roots and Clark's family connections to the area, we envisioned a space where guests could gather and sip on the world's finest sparkling selections. Our intimate 500 sq. ft. haven offers a curated menu of small plates, including caviar, oysters, and foie gras, all designed to complement the effervescent offerings. We pride ourselves on sustainability and ethics in our caviar service, ensuring every aspect of your experience is refined and responsible. Our French-inspired décor, featuring a marble island and orb chandeliers, creates a cozy yet elevated atmosphere perfect for any occasion.
